The Awakening Retreat - Enlightened Minds

You’ll experience three nights of elevated living in a beautiful share house overlooking the ocean. Each day includes soul nourishing meals prepared by our own personal chef, designed to support your energy and wellbeing.

The retreat opens with a ceremonial cacao ceremony and flows into practices such as deep Yin Yoga, breathwork for release and renewal, as well as meditation, hypnosis, and visualisation. You’ll also have access to a magnesium pool and cold plunge to restore your body and mind.

Connection with nature is a big focus, with a grounding group hike included. You’ll also take part in daily journalling and reflection rituals, authentic connection exercises, and receive personalised breathwork support alongside tools and educational resources to take home.
