Where it all began...

Adam started Enlightened Minds Breathwork in light of being able to reconnect with himself, through the power of the breath.

Founded in 2020, Enlightened Minds is inspired by both ancient and modern Breathwork practices. The workshops are built to be an intimate setting that allows individuals the opportunity to connect with their younger selves and discover what’s holding them back from truly indulging in all of life’s joys. We welcome everyone to join the Enlightened Minds community, from those who are yet to tap into Breathwork to those who have experienced and reaped the benefits of the practice before.

Our Values

At the heart of Enlightened Minds are three core values that guide everything we do - Expression, Empowerment, and Enlightenment. These values are more than words; they are the foundation of every workshop, every retreat, every breath, and every connection we create.

Expression
We believe in creating a safe and open space where every individual feels free to express themselves fully - without judgment, expectation, or limitation. Through Breathwork, we encourage the release of suppressed emotions and the rediscovery of authentic self-expression.

Empowerment
Breathwork is a tool for self-empowerment. We guide individuals to access their own inner strength, wisdom, and healing. Our role is not to “fix” but to provide the space and techniques for you to take ownership of your journey and step confidently into your personal power.

Enlightenment
Enlightenment is the awareness and clarity that arises when we connect deeply with ourselves. We strive to help individuals uncover limiting beliefs, shift old patterns, and expand their perspective - allowing space for growth, peace, and a greater sense of purpose.

Together, these values shape the Enlightened Minds community - a place where transformation, healing, and self-discovery are possible for all.

Adam Price

When I first discovered breathwork, I went into it with little expectation and no idea how it would impact my life.

Even at my first session, as I lay breathing for a full hour, so many suppressed emotions surfaced. They were the things that had been holding me back from truly living my best life. Despite growing up in a warm and loving family, for much of my life, I lived with a huge fear of judgment. The type of fear that stops you from living your truth. This was the biggest limitation I have had to overcome. It was through finding breathwork that I’ve learnt to let go of living with that fear. Sure, I have my bad days, but the breath continues to surprise me and reminds me that self-transformation never stops if you keep at it.

My journey is personal, but not private. I aim to share my experiences so that others can find something in breathwork that they’re grateful for, just like I have. To help them tap into something deep within. To help them see that there is a better side to the struggle, to the emotions that we fear. To guide them through a transformation journey that is personal to them.

Jess Argyros

I am a certified breathwork facilitator with a background in psychology. My passion for understanding the human mind and helping others has always driven me to seek new ways to make an impact. My curiosity, combined with my own health challenges, led me on a journey of self-discovery, where my love for breathwork was born.

For years I lived with a dysregulated nervous system, disconnected from my body and emotions. When my body began to shut down and I couldn’t find answers outside myself, I was forced to look within. In a single breathwork session, I realised my external symptoms reflected an imbalance in my internal world. By connecting with my breath, I found a level of insight, self-awareness, and peace that no other therapy had given me.

As my practice grew, I continued to connect with deeper parts of myself and release long-suppressed emotions. This allowed me to accept my past and free myself from the mental battles I carried. I now believe that working with the mind is only one part of true healing, and connecting with the body is the missing piece.

After experiencing the power of breathwork myself, I felt called to share it with others. My vision is to integrate breathwork with my knowledge of psychology to help you understand yourself more deeply and return to your heart.

My mission is to hold space where you feel safe to surrender and let go of what holds you back, so you can live a more authentic and fulfilling life. In everything I do, I aim to help you reconnect with your light and guide you back to the innate healing power within you.
